It has already been running for a few days in dry run mode for training purposes
(with the transmitters switched off). Initial schedule will be 0500-0800 UT

Central African Time (CAT), which is UT +2. Additional times and frequencies

America from sign-on; the other broadcast overlaps with ChiCom jamming and
